Seaworld - MobSwitch - for 1.16

With Minecraft 1.16 Shulkers in minecarts no longer count to the mobcap, so I created a Shulker storage that holds them safe without the use of minecarts, with use of the chunckloading of 1.16, I have them loaded in lazy chunks so no new mobs will spawn when switched on.
