Seaworld - Piston-bolt hub at base #4

Since the move to the Industrial District, base #4 is out of commission, but I do use the Piston-bolt hub quite often. Old duper bolt repurposed to go to new Overworld mobswitch, new Nether mobswitch piston-bolt added (2e level)
