Stone relocated to private property near Shortflatt, NW of Belsay, Northumberland.
Referenced ‘Shortflatt c’ on the Beckensall Archive (BA) this stone now resides in a farm yard. NADRAP added the record to ERA in 2008, describing:
‘…Motifs include cup and groove and two penannulars, cup and groove and single penannular which are now joined by what may originally have been a groove, but is more likely a plough strike across the surface, curving away into the multiple and off the panel. Other areas of surface have been tooled and there may be the remains of a flattened cup shape, and two shallow cups…’
