Soham College Dig Finds: Decorated Pottery

This object is one of the many discovered by students from Soham Village College during a community dig. Led by our community engagement specialists and members of the Wessex Archaeology Fieldwork team, this special project included digging test pits and identifying finds to photograph, scan and put through environmental flotation. It was a chance to find out more about different career opportunities as well as learning new skills, building confidence and teamwork.
