Statue of Duke de Richelieu in Sand Bags, Odesa3D Model
9.03 the statue of Duke de Richelieu in Odesa was the first one to be lined with sacks to protect against bombing. It is now a monument to the Ukrainian people, who defend its culture even facing the war.
All footage was taken with photocamera from a bucket truck to be able to shoot from above by our brave colleagues Andrii Tkalych and Oleksii Voronko. The model was prepared for web by Fedir Boitsov and Alik Kadoum, Pixelated Realities. The truck was organised by volunteers, with special thanks to the support of Viknianskiy Nikolay and efforts of Ielena Pidopryhora.
Don’t try to perform 3D scanning in Ukraine without approval, or you are doing it at your own risk.
