Kerbstone 52 is a decorated kerb stone dating from the Neolithic, located on the outer edge of the mound of the passage grave (ME019-045----) at Newgrange, Brú na Bóinne, Co. Meath, Ireland. K52 is located at the rear of the mound directly opposite kerbstone 1 and is aligned to the summer soltace sunset. It is pick-dressed in situ with two distinct panels of decoration divided vertically by a wide picked grove. The lefthand side is a decorated with a double spiral, with 2 smaller spirals to its right. Below these a series of lozenges picked in relief. On the right side of the stone are deeply picked concetric arcs, concentric circles, cupmarks/hollows and concentric oval shapes.
