Stone coffin from Lund Cathedral

A medieval grave in the form of a sandstone coffin. Documented by the archaeologists at Kulturen during a watching brief at Lund cathedral, autumn 2020.

The grave was discovered directly beneath the staircase leading to the southern trancept. Preliminary dating suggests early medieval, 11th - 13th century.
