Tarte Tropézienne

Here’s a Tarte Tropézienne for the #FoodChallenge. It’s basically a bun cut in half and filled with a tasty cream that only one bakery ( well it’s a chain but there’s only one shop oustide of the french riviera ) knows the secret. And it was created in Saint Tropez ( thus the name ) back in 1955.
