More model informationTasman Island, Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania
The island is predominantly composed of Jurassic dolerite with a small zone of Parmeener Supergroup strata at the northern end. The northern end of the island is poorly imaged as it is a no-fly zone due to raptor nests.
The lighthouse and buildings on the island are poorly reslolved in this model since the emphasis was on imaging the geology.
Cliffs are up to 220m high - theisland is ~1.7 km long
