The backflaps help this plane be able to do a backflip along with the unequal distribution of weight –> with some extra grams of paper concentrated at the bottom tip to allow for the trigger point of the friction of the runway to eventually tip it over and flip, with a long indentation through the run to help stabalize the secondary landing and allow for a “safe” takeoff.
