sit in the ocean and supports modual bridge central collums. whilst being powered by the bridges solar collection unit. the cages move back and forth while inside the cage are various lenth suction tubes that suck up waist plastic from the ocean. the drugder send out sonar pulles and slight electric field to keep marine life from being hurt in the process. marine life is starting to flourish again since the introduction od drugders arournd island resorts where plastic waist was at an all high.the sopporting blocks are ultra tuff and made of compressed plastic waist kind of like giant lego bricks.the cages get beet up a little and they dont look to pretty but the job they do is imperitive.
