After the First World War, the activities of the Association for the Construction of Jan Žižka’s Monument in Žižkov were renewed. As early as June 1920 the cornerstone was laid in the presence of President T. G. Masaryk.
The monument was eventually commissioned in 1931 from sculptor Bohumil Kafka, a professor at Prague’s Academy of Visual Arts, outside the tender. The sculpture was intended to be monumental and realistic. It took Kafka ten years to complete the sculpture, and an advisory board of nine people was established to supervise his work, consisting of specialists, historians and hippologists. For this job, Bohumil Kafka had a new studio built in Ořechovka, Prague, 27m high and 18m wide.

@BDouraieb Hi! Thanks a lot, I'm glad you like it. Unfortunately, the agreement does not allow me to share this sculpture for download.
Hi, really a great statue and very nicely worked out. Is there a possibility for a download? Would like to integrate some of your monuments into the game Cities:Skylines via Blender, of course for non-commercial purposes. Top work! bye.
Love this!
@AndrejBoleslavsky Hi Andrej, if you are interested in doing a similar comissioned work for us please contact metrocubicodigital@gmail.com
@Jacinto.Monteiro Hello Jacinto, thanks for your interest. I am sorry, but our agreement with the museum does not allow me to sell this model.
Would love to buy this one. Possible? Please email to metrocubicodigital@gmail.com
@anezkabauer ďakujeme :)
Hustý!
@Branislav vďaka!
Dobrá práca !
