Workflow: Maya (Lowpoly) -> Zbrush Sculpt (HiPoly) -> Maya (Cloth + Smoke simulation) -> Substance (PBR Pass) -> Sketchfab
So some things I did with this one were use Maya fluid simulations and then made duplicates of the geometry on each frame of the simulation. To animate this, ‘Visbility’ was animated on stepped mode to ‘on’ and ‘off’. The cloth was shaped using nCloth and the table as a collider. This was baked into static mesh. All of the models have mesh maps and hi polys that were baked in Substance (curvature, thickness, etc.). The hair was made in photoshop with transparency and then placed card by card on the mesh.
