The Mark - Dart Thrower

A 3D visualization of the Dart Thrower from Arthur Gorin’s concept art “The Mark” (or at least my best shot at it). A dart gun used by “The Needler” who fills his handmade darts with a poisonous liquid, leaving his signature mark wherever he goes.

Creating this model forced me to confront my fear of booleans and obsession with quad topology, but after quite a bit of research I feel like I may have conquered both, so I’m glad I did this. Quite a bit heavier on polys than my other recent models (16,921 tris) but I’m sure I’ll figure things out as I keep practicing.
