The Old Miskatonic Subway Station

The investigator was contacted to look into a series of unnatural and brutal murders. The investigator followed the trail, discovering one abborent event after another. Clues and evidence pointed to a cult who believed that a fictional writer from the 1920s was a Prophet foretelling the end of the world. Worse, the cult seems as if they were attempting to bring about the end of the world by summoning some ancient evil.

After weeks of following leads, the Investigator believes he found the location of the Cult’s hideout, an old abandoned subway station in Arkham, Massachusetts. The old Miskatonic University subway entrance. It was abandoned long ago under mysterious circumstances.

Upon breaking into the abandoned subway station, the Investigator knew something was wrong. There were no cultists here, but something else. Something that he couldn’t see or hear, but feel in the area itself.

*This is my first environmental scene. I thoroughly enjoyed figuring out how to make it.
