Nobody knows quite where the Rat Man comes from. He wanders the streets in a world of his own, his steps lurching, seeming to fold in on himself. If one gets close enough, you can hear him muttering nonsense phrases, muffled through the mask he wears. The strange man has a way with the rats- and is almost never seen without one of his small companions riding on his shoulder, or cradled in a bony hand. Whenever he is around, the sensation of innumerable small, beady eyes watching you never quite subsides.

Tri limit was 5,000. Texture space given was 1024x1024.
