淡水崎仔頂施家古厝，為清末淡水富商鄭榮記所建，1915年全台最大木材商施坤山買下並整修作為住宅，如今為淡水老街地區僅存閩南宅院。因為道路土地開發糾紛，自2012年起修復工程未曾動工。

The Shi Family Residence in Qiziding, Tamsui, was built by a rich merchant Zheng Rong-Ji (鄭榮記) at the late period of Qing’s rule of Taiwan. At 1915, during Japanese rule, Shi Kun-Shan (施坤山), the largest timber merchant in Taiwan, bought the house and repaired it. Now the residence is the only existing Sanheyuan in the Tamsui Old Street area. Due to disputes on road and land development, the repair of the residence has not yet started since 2012.
