Additional Notes/Tips:-

• All Trees have Poly Count Less than 30k
• Use subsurface/Translucency with lighter shade of leaf Texture using Brightness/Contrast in shader editor.
• Roughness map on Leaf not applicable use value 0-1 according to your requirements and use lower secular Value unless you want some shiny Leaves
• Use Color variation with same Normal And Opacity Mask in Shader Editor.
