This model shows a two metre wide slot excavated through rubble collapse deposits, a possble late lane or street, and through the fills of a steep sided drainage ditch. The ditch contains a single wooden post preserved by waterlogging at the base. The edwardian excavators recorded a line of stakes extending to the north that possibly define the continuation of theis ditch line. The ditch was likely excavated to carry water to the Western edge of the bath complex.
