Triplane Fractures

14 year old boy with triplane fractures of the distal tibia comprised of a vertical fracture through the epiphysis, a horizontal fracture through the physis, and an oblique fracture through the metaphysis. There is also a Salter-Harris 2 fracture of the distal fibula.
