UE5 Male Mannequin - Manny - Web Ready

Fixed up UE5 Male Mannequin to work well on the web. The 4 textures where merged into two. Extra bone that are not needed was removed plus an 1 frame animation was added that poses the character into a TPose which is great for IK work.
