US Buffalo Nickel3D Model
This is a Buffalo or Indian Head Nicke. These were minted from 1913 to 1938 in the US.
The date is unreadable because it’s been worn away which gives it a cool kinda charm. BUT all the features closer to the center are there. I think that’s pretty cool. Besides, if it were perfect, it wouldn’t fit into the real-world.
I like showing things this. Plenty of people (including Americans) don’t know US history. You look at the dates above and see that these were only made for 25 years and there’s a reason for that. :)
Sure, there’s controversy but it anything seen as a misdeed is easily excusable. Plus, one of the two rear designs of the US 2005 Nickel is a direct throwback to this historic coin and was done respectfully and under consultation of some Native American tribes.
