Utahraptor Skeleton

This is a slight update to my previous skeletal. The wonderful @Jim.Kirkland informed me that the original hips I used were based off of Achillibator and that Yurgovuchia would be a much better reference point, so I knuckled down and made the change. Had to remove a few gastralia to make room for the new pubis but overall it was a relatively painless change.
