Vtuber: Neuro & Evil v3 Update

Hi~ Here’s an updated model of Neuro & Evil. The Main focus for this update is Evil Neuro’s Model
Made Entirely with Blender 3.6, Photoshop & PMXeditor.

Notable changes: Updated Face & Body for both twins, Updated Rig, Updated Textures, Updated Evil’s hair & some details.
-Also , This model is older than my Highlander twins, So expect worse topology I guess.

MMD/PMX still a bit iffy
