Ancient Egyptian amuletic faience barrel bead with wadjet eye and cartouche decoration. The cartouche - a symbol denoting the name of a king - contains the inscription nfr-kA-ra, the pre-nomen of Pepy II, last pharaoh of the Old Kingdom.

Excavated by John Garstang in 1909, from tomb 814 at the site of Abydos.
