Waterfalls of upper part of Kanoto Iwa3D Model
Kanoto Iwa in Hinohara Village, Tokyo is a strange-looking rock with 100m-high rock formations rising on both sides, and the 250 million-year-old rock formations create a beautiful landscape. This area is made of hard rock mainly made of chert, so it withstands erosion from water flow and wind and rain, creating a canyon like this and leaving behind a steep cliff. The location of this 3D model is a small waterfall on the upstream side of Kobe Rock. On February 13, 1960, it was designated as a Tokyo Metropolitan Natural Monument, Kanoto Iwa, by the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education.
