重度汙染的近未來，居住於地底都市的人類，在匱乏的物質中尋覓延續文明的方式。多年後一位研究員在某次災難後意外找到了可以適應地表氣候的植物，並決定穿過地下都市前往地表，在荒地中重新種下植物。

In the heavily polluted near future, humans living in underground cities are looking for ways to continue civilization in the scarce material. 　　Many years later, a researcher accidentally found plants that could adapt to the surface climate after a certain disaster, and decided to travel through the underground city to the surface to replant plants in the wasteland.
