A very nice realistic modern styled toilet with side handle.

This toilet is based on a real toilet made by a known bathroom company which is only available with a push button flush.

The toilet will need a pipe to go behind the toilet but other then that it will look great in any gaming project.

This is free to download.

This model would also look great in the Sims 3 and Sims 4 and even Garry’s Mod although I am not really a person who can port models into games as I find this difficult at this moment and time.
