The research project is focused on the digital documentation of archaeological materials from Poggio Colla, an Etruscan sanctuary in northern Etruria. The data collection, acquired by a structured-light 3D scanner (RangeVision Spectrum), shows a first number of significant finds.

In collaboration with the SABAP of Florence, the PC3DEL project is directed by Dr. Alessandro Nocentini, funded by the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), and promoted by the Franklin University Switzerland (FUS).

For the 3D equipment the project is supported by Microgeo srl and INKAY Technology srl.

For the 3D software the project benefited from the HEXAGON support.
