The Archive for the History of Science (nhm-wien.ac.at/en/research/archive) preserves, documents and provides access to historical sources of the NHMW.

This includes files of the director’s registry and the departments of the museum, scientific bequests, paintings, drawings, photographs and audio-visual media.
