More model informationThe Temple of Artemis in Corfu was constructed in around 580 BCE. It measured 23.46m x 49m and is considered as a masterpiece of the Ancient Greek architecture. The west pediment was adorned with sculpture reliefs and in its centre depicts the mythological Medusa (or Gorgo) between two lions. The pediment’s height is almost 3 metres in the middle. The sculptures are kept in the Archaeological Museum of Corfu.
