Tortum Lake and Waterfall

Tortum Waterfall in Uzundere district of Erzurum is 21 meters wide and 48 meters high, flowing over the landslide mass in the Tev Valley of Tortum Lake. It was formed in the 1700s when the large landslide mass that separated from Kemerlidağ closed the Tev Valley through which the Tortum Stream flowed.
