More model informationSomething that I have been thinking for a while is making a model of one of the greatest if not the greatest pieces of ancient art, but instead of just making a replica, to try and restore it the way it might have looked like at the time of its making. You can download a 3D print ready version of this bust on my Gumroad.

@eng.civ Have you 3D print It? Would love to see the result!
@traumx Did you 3D print it? If so, how was it?
@eng.civ You're welcome.
@cruor_volt Thank you very much
@eng.civ Hello, thank you for your kind words. You can download it on my Gumroad, the end of the url is "/products/KZmqN" you will have to make some supports yourself to prep it to your liking.
I'd love to 3D print this awesome model - any possibility that you might make this beauty downloadable?
Thanks. I modeled it from the ground up, using only photos of the existing bust and read a couple studies that were written about it to get a better idea of where to go. I made a base mesh in 3ds Max with multiple objects for different elements of the bust, roughly matching the silhouette. Then I exported it all to ZBrush, remeshed it a few times, as I was sculpting in more and more levels of details and sculpted from there until the end. Sorry, I don't have anything like that.
Cheers!
Daniel - I am very interested in how you might have modeled it - Do you have a 3D scan from the original or did you model it on your own? Actually I would like to not only print the restauration but the damaged version as well. Any chance you have the original scan as well or some source for it? Thanks again!
Got it - it is beautiful. Thank you very much Daniel. Cheers from Germany.
I have updated the description with a link to Gumroad where you can download the model. Cheers!
Thanks! I'll prepare a 3D print ready file and upload it to gumroad in a few days, never got around to that back then. I'll message you when it's done!
Great work, Love It! I'd love to 3D print this awesome model - any possibility that you might make this beauty downloadable?
