@Mr.Multiverse You can easily obtain the T-pose using blender.
Just go to pose mode in the armature, press space and search for "Clear Pose Transforms", he will be in T-pose and ready for Unity.(If that doesn't work, try deleting the yellow keyframes from the model)

could you also provide a t-pose version?
because to correctly import it to VRchat it has to be in a t pose.
(I can force the model into a t pose in unity, but that just locks the model in that pose in the game as well)
