Note the T-sections rest directly on the new joists, that those joists cantilever on one side of the existing dunnage. Note the structure to accept the handicap ramp, and the two minor terrace steps. Note how the stringers either fit between the new joists, or for the center stringer rests directly on top of the new joist. Note the ends of stringers and columns rest on the existing joist.
The pitch blocks, that waterproof the existing dunnage columns, have cant-strips around their base and perimeter. These cant strips are elevated to accommodate the new roofing system and insulation, which is not shown.
